Booking Policy
- 2 nights minimum stay during low and high season / 4 nights minimum stay during peak season
- All apartments are charged on a per unit per night basis. The rate therefore does not fluctuate based on the number of occupants. Should a 3rd person be booked for apartment ‘Kasa’ an extra of R100.00 per night will be charged
- A deposit to the value of 50% of the total amount is payable within 2 days of the reservation date to confirm the booking.
Should the confirmation deposit not be paid within the specified period and no other arrangement is made with us in writing, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice - No credit card facilities are available. Payment in cash or by bank transfer (EFT) only
- Balance of accommodation account is due in full on arrival
Cancellation Policy
- In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following shall apply:
– more than 31 days prior to arrival – full refund
– 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
– 7 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
– No shows and early departures – 100% cancellation fee

- Children of all ages are welcome
One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib - No pets are allowed
- Off-street parking (unsecured)
- Check-in time: 02:00pm – 07:00pm (other times by prior arrangement only)
- Check-out time: latest 11:00am
